What are people saying about bed & breakfast in Mobile, AL?
This is a review for bed & breakfast in Mobile, AL:
“Loved this charming dog friendly B& B in Mobile. The owners Wendy & Bill are warm and friendly people that make you feel welcomed in their home. The room was spacious with a seating area. The bed and pillows were so comfortable you won’t want to get out of bed. But you absolutely should because they serve the most filling and divine breakfast every morning. The are happy to give you history lessons of the area and home, as well as provide recommendations throughout the town. They also really made my dog feel welcomed and provided him with a crystal water bowel in the bedroom. The wi-fi was strong that I was able to connect to a zoom meeting without a problem. There is also on-site parking. Don’t hesitate to book -you will absolutely be thrilled that you stayed here.”

Does Alabama have any haunted hotels?
Now that youve browsed through some of the most charming inns in Alabama, you might be curious about another experience: haunted hotels. Well, youve come to the right place! Alabama is riddled with paranormal activity, from historic buildings to restaurants, hiking trails, and yes, even hotels. One of the most haunted hotels in Alabama is known as the Malaga Inn. This property started as a pair of twin townhomes in 1862, built for two sisters. The homes were eventually connected and became a hotel in the 1960s. The hotel still operates today and is considered to be one of the most unique and beautiful stays in Alabama. However, its also notorious for being haunted. Seemingly filled with paranormal activity, the rooms are known to act on their own accord. In other words, its not uncommon to experience flickering lights, furniture moving by itself, and even chandeliers swinging back and forth for no apparent reason. You may even spot the ghost of a woman dressed in all white, pacing the veranda of Room 7. Learn more about the haunted Malaga Inn if you dare!

What started as an elegant ten-room bed & breakfast has become a truly one-of-a-kind historic hotel.
Originally referred to as the Main House, the Hall-Ford House continues on as the heart of the Fort Conde Inn however, it is now only one of nine meticulously restored historic properties which house our beautifully appointed rooms and suites.
Where ordinary hotels have hallways, we have cobblestone streets lit with gas lanterns Instead of dozens of identical rooms, at the Fort Condé Inn, our guests have dozens of unique rooms, suites and cottages to choose from.
Centrally located in what has been known for two centuries as Fort Condé Village, the historic neighborhood that is home to the inn’s numerous buildings is one of the oldest in Mobile, and arguably its most significant.
Guests now enjoy the character of these historic landmarks without sacrificing the luxury and privacy of a modern, four-star boutique hotel. The day begins with breakfast, inspired by Mobile Bays confluence of cultures and cuisines, served either in the bistro or in the shaded courtyards or even in guests private rooms. The day ends with chandeliers aglow in the oversized parlors, libations in hand, gas lanterns lighting the verandah.
