This Spooky Castle Bed & Breakfast In Ny Is The Perfect Halloween Getaway

Wings Castle is a bed and breakfast inside of an extraordinary castle right in the middle of the Hudson Valley in the town of Millbrook in Dutchess County, New York and its located only 75 miles north of NYC.
The castle was created by NY artists Peter and Toni Ann Wing, who began building it back in 1970. Toni says it has become a live-in art project.
There are four different rooms to choose from at the castle B& B, complete with truly magical features from medieval decor to patios with the most incredible views of the mid-Hudson region.
Choose from the Annex Suite, with two private levels including a dining room and kitchen with a balcony overlooking the courtyard the Dungeon Room, a room in the main castle with a private entrance from outside the Chamber Room, also in the main castle with a private outside entrance and the Cottage, an adorable fairytale cottage directly across the street from the main castle.

Places upstate should be near the great outdoors, with easy access to the town. Secondly, travel season matters. Youll find good prices during off-season months like January, February, July, and August. Peak seasons are usually April, May, September, and October. Prices vary during these months.
If youre traveling on a New York road trip, look for a place with parking, especially if youre staying in the city, because parking is not always free.
You should also look for the amenities that will make your stay more comfortable, such as a private bathroom , fast Wifi, a communal area to meet other travelers, and also self-catering facilities.
