Originally from the Denver, Co., Snooze AM Eatery now has three locations in SATX as of the writing of this article. They also have locations in Austin , both SATX and ATX Snooze AM Eateries serve amazing breakfast, which is good cause thats all they really serve. Snooze AM Eatery has become an obsession for Emily and me, weve literally been to every single opening of Snooze in both SATX and ATX. My favorite is the corn beef hash, but seriously try any of their Bennies and you shall not be disappointed. The closest location to Snooze AM Eatery from downtown SATX is the Quarry location. Snooze opens early and closes early, so get your breakfast game on if youre a later sleeper.
