Grand Opening of Fayetteville’s newest restaurant “Gocha’s Breakfast Bar 2”
Star-studded and seriously stunningâthe grand opening of Gocha Hawkinsâ Fayetteville Breakfast Bar on January 12 celebrated the second of her âtastes great feels goodâ restaurants to grace the Atlanta greater metro area since the first opened in 2018.
Gocha Hawkins, also well-known as stylish hair stylist to the stars, graciously hosted 150 private guests and members of the media at 834 Glynn Street in Fayetteville on Tuesday, January 12, 2021, from 6 to 9.
CeeLo Green was in attendance. The singer, songwriter, rapper, record producer, and businessman could surely âfeel the electricity.â Fayettevilleâs mayor, Ed Johnson, was also present, as was Atlanta socialite, Pooh Hicks, and her husband Hiriam Hicks, former president of Island Black Music. Grammy winning songwriter/singer, TV personality, actress, and businesswoman Kandi Lenice Burruss was there to give some TLC to the classiest spot to get comfort food and libations within 100 miles.
The unique breakfast bar serves Southern style pescatarian and vegan-friendly recipes from Gochaâs personal files, locally sourced food, and distinctive signature cocktails. The opening night party, sponsored by Hennessy, was as upscale and welcoming as the restaurant itself.
Gochas Breakfast Bar Plans Otp Location Targeting October Debut
Gocha Hawkins is a notable local author, T.V. personality, and salon owner and hairstylist, as well as a restaurateur, and her Gochas Breakfast Bar is in the midst of getting bigger and better. The breakfast cafe is bound for a brand new location in Fayetteville, at 834 Glynn Street S, Suites 244 and 248. Hawkins broker, Bryan Davis, confirmed to What Now Atlanta that the opening is expected to be in October.

The atmosphere was great. The staff was awesome. Taleah our waitress was very good and attentive. They were really busy, but worth the wait. The food was outstanding! I had fried green tomatoes as an appetizer. The sauce complimented the tomatoes. As an entree I had the Creole fried fish and shrimp with grits. It was very delicious. They have so many options to choose from, it was hard making a decision. I will definitely go back.

The menu offers specials like lobster sliders with parmesan truffle fries, breakfast pizza, a smoked salmon blt, and a grit bowl. There are also options like avocado toast, an impossible burger, and a chicken and waffle stack.
The food is good, Davis said. The service is always great. Already, Gochas Breakfast Bar has a location in Atlanta, at 3695 Cascade Rd, suite 440. I think both of those markets were missing the full-service breakfasts from non-chain restaurants.
The previous tenant of the Fayetteville location was a Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt. WNA reached out to Hawkins but did not receive any contact back by the time of this articles publication.
