We stayed at the Pensacola Victorian Bed & Breakfast last week and were pleasantly surprised at the beauty, charm and hospitality of the home. A note greeted us at the door with a key and a welcome note with all the information we needed. The innkeeper greeted us a bit later, and was as nice and welcoming as you could hope. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. The downstairs living room offered several comfortable seating areas, and coffee and pastries are offered all day. Guests are given a refrigerator to place any personal food items. Breakfast was delicious with fruit and homemade waffles, juice and coffee. I highly recommend staying here if you visit Pensacola.

Excellent location rated 9.5/10!
Beautiful antique setting, well kept. Reception by the owner was very warm and inviting. Big comfy beds. Breakfast was included and cooked on the spot for every guest. Enjoyed the fresh fruit salad 😀
It was awesome! Everything was so nice! We would love to stay there again!
Felt like back in the victorian era. Completely different experience compared to other stays. We really enjoyed it.
Friendly innkeeper, lovely and large bedroom, delicious breakfast – everything was perfect.
great area downtown to be able to walk around and enjoy your day..
This B& B is beautiful! Its like stepping back in time! The furnishings are lovely and its very nice to come back to after a day visiting downtown Pensacola! Barb our hostess is wonderful and very interesting! She also makes a delicious breakfast each morning! Meeting other guests is always nice and this time was no exception! This B& B is conveniently located to downtown and lovely shops and restaurants! We love the hit tv series Ghosts … while this B& B doesnt look anything like the Woodstone Mansion … the vibe is definitely there! This house was built in 1892! We really enjoyed the vibe here and would definitely return on another trip to beautiful Pensacola!
The breakfast was great. The location was perfect. The house was quaint and made you feel welcome.
How Guest Reviews Work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores weve received and divide that total by the number of review scores weve received. In addition, guests can give separate subscores in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so theres no direct link between them.

I would first like to say thank you Barbee! Paul and me never stayed in a bed and breakfast before. We absolutely loved it! You made us feel so welcomed and felt like family! Waking up to the smell of breakfast every morning was excellent. Even though we missed Saturday mornings breakfast. The house is beutiful! We will be back with more friends!

Pros: Cant beat the price, I love meeting other travelers at bed & breakfasts, the breakfast is outstanding, love the Victorian decor, and Barbee couldnt be a more accommodating host.Cons: not much sound proofing so if other guests are loud youll hear it. Also its not a Hilton/Westin/etc, but thats kinda the point of it. The negative reviews Ive seen mostly focus on the fact that this is not a completely modern up to date hotel, which is accurate – you might find a screw randomly sticking out of a ceiling, and if thats going to ruin your trip, dont stay here.Overall – we loved it and will be back next time were in town!

Beautiful Victorian house in the middle of downtown. The hospitality was fantastic and the room was beautiful and relaxing. We got the in room breakfast and it was delicious. We arrived later in the evening and were greeted with a letter and our room key at the front door. We will definitely be returning in the future.

The house is in pretty good shape, but with a few little rough edges. It is incredibly inviting and comfortable. The hosts are also very friendly, open, and inviting. I have greatly enjoyed getting to know them, and the other guests, in my two visits to this B& B. If you enjoy the charms of older houses, or just the pleasure of sitting out on the front porch and chatting with new friends, this is a wonderful place to stay.
