Taking first place on my list is a place called Greenstreet Cafe, a bustling, longtime fixture of Miami when it comes to delicious food and great atmosphere.
You can find Greenstreet Cafe off of Main Highway in the Coconut Grove neighborhood near Peacock Park and The Barnacle Historic State Park.
I highly recommend trying either one of their omelettes, French toasts, or pancakes. They have so many options for all three of these that you could spend all day trying different things and never have the same thing twice. My favorite is the Nutella-stuffed French toast. It is absolutely decadent.

Breakfast Near Me: 11th Street Diner
11th Street Diner looks like a classic breakfast joint from the outside as it is housed in a shiny silver railroad-style car, all lit up with neon lights to proclaim to any who sees it that it has great food to serve to passersby. Inside, 11th Street Diner has just as much of a retro feel, with red upholstered bar stools along the long, tiled bar that divides the dining room from the open kitchen, where cooks flip pancakes and burgers and crack eggs onto the sizzling hot grill top. 11th Street Diner was first opened in 1948, and the landmark restaurant still maintains that classic diner atmosphere, from the art deco detailing right down to the classic and delicious food.

La Boulangerie BoulMich is an upscale French restaurant that also serves a divine breakfast menu. You can find them in the Coral Way part of town, not far from the gorgeous Vizcaya Museum & Gardens.
They have fresh-baked pastries that they make in-house, every day here at La Boulangerie BoulMich, including 8 different kinds of croissants, including nutella, apple, chocolate, almond, and more.
I would say that my favorite breakfast menu item from La Boulangerie BoulMich is their huevos rancheros. For a French restaurant, they have an amazingly delicious take on this Mexican breakfast classic.
This next place on my list of best Miami breakfast places is an American restaurant called Big Pink. This place can be found off of Collins Avenue in South Beach near Marjory Stoneman Douglas Ocean Beach Park and the Marriott Stanton South Beach hotel.
When you get to Big Pink, I recommend trying the breakfast burrito or the French toast eggs Benedict. Theyre both absolutely delicious options that will have you full until well past lunch.
This is the first place Ive ever even seen anything like eggs Benedict made with brioche French toast, so I had to try it.
Last, but not least by any means, is FL Cafe. This American restaurant is located on South Beach on Collins Avenue, surrounded by hotels.

The Local House serves up a seafood-centric menu in this lovely restaurant located in the Sense Beach House Hotel. The decor is decidedly ocean chic, with model ships on display, rustic wood- paneled bars, and seating, tables, and light fixtures that would look more at home on a yacht than on land. Fireman Derek’s Bake Shop
Derek Kaplan loves to eat, and he loves feeding people. At 15 years old, he was already a talented baker and perfected the key lime pie for which he’s best known. Today, the retired City of Miami firefighter owns one of Miami’s premier bakeries. There’s a reason there’s regularly a line out the door. At Fireman Derek’s Bake Shop, the cakes are moist, the cookies are soft-baked, the cheesecakes are decadent, and the pies are, well, legendary. With an expansive menu of more than 50 flavors of pies, cakes, cookies, bars, brownies, and cheesecakes, it’s always difficult to choose what to order. But each sweet treat you try will be just as delicious, if not more scrumptious, than the last.
